Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-07-07 (draft) · Version: 0.9
These Terms govern your access to and use of the CINTA platform (the "Service") operated by TXR Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming, United States limited liability company, [PENDING — registered agent name and street address, Wyoming; owner to provide before this document leaves draft status] ("CINTA", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Draft v0.9 — pending review by licensed counsel before production use. Have counsel review (governing law, arbitration, consumer-law carve-outs for your markets). Keep claims honest — describe only what the Service actually does (Constitution §VI).
1. The Service
CINTA is an AI operating system that lets you research, automate, execute and remember across connected tools. Capabilities are delivered in phased waves; some surfaces may be labeled demo/seed/beta. We may change or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice for material reductions to paid features.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be of the minimum age under applicable law. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for your members' use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) break the law or infringe others' rights; (b) send spam, conduct fraud, impersonate, or evade platform/provider safeguards; (c) attack or overload the Service; (d) misuse connected accounts. CINTA operates on third-party platforms (WhatsApp, email, social) with human-paced, anti-ban behavior to protect your legitimate first-party channels — this exists to preserve, not to enable mass spam, fraud, or impersonation (Constitution §IV.2).
4. Your content & data
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data and do not train foundation models on it. See the Privacy Policy and DPA.
5. Plans, billing & credits
Paid plans are billed by our payment processor (merchant of record where applicable). Prices, included executions/credits and caps are shown at purchase and in pricing.
Usage & credits: the Service meters consumption (e.g. credits per action); exceeding included amounts may require top-ups or a higher tier.
Failed payments (dunning): if a renewal fails, your plan enters a grace period; we retry and notify you. If it is not cured by the end of grace, access to paid features may be suspended until payment succeeds.
Trials/refunds: new accounts receive a 14-day trial of the full product. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law; unused prepaid credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase on request.
Taxes are added where required.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these Terms, with notice where practical.
7. Third-party services
Connected providers are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them through CINTA is at your discretion.
8. Warranties & disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI outputs may be inaccurate; do not rely on them for legal, financial, medical or other professional decisions without independent review.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CINTA IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. CINTA's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to CINTA in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify CINTA against claims arising from your unlawful use or breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court where the claim qualifies. This is without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-product or by email with a new version/date.
