Privacy Policy

What this covers

This policy covers the CINTA closed beta at cinta-ai.com and the CINTA web app, the waitlist that preceded it, and this website. If you joined the waitlist, your place in line and the data you gave then are still covered here.

What we collect

Waitlist: the name, email address, role, and referral source you gave us in the form.

Beta account: your Google account email and basic profile fields (name, profile picture) that Google shares when you sign in, plus the invitation code you redeemed. We never see your Google password.

Product usage: what you create inside CINTA (chats, agent runs, files, workspaces), technical logs needed to run the service, and first-party, cookieless analytics that record page views and basic interaction events tied to the visit — not to a persistent identifier and not shared with ad networks.

Invitation codes

Accounts are created with a personal, single-use invitation code. A code becomes linked to the Google email that first uses it. Sharing a code does not create extra accounts — it can cost the sharer access. If you lose access to the email linked to your code, contact us and we will sort it out.

Sign-in with Google

We use Google OAuth for sign-in. Google receives the fact that you are signing in to CINTA and handles the authentication; we receive your email and basic profile. Google's own privacy policy applies to Google's side of that exchange.

Third-party services

To run the beta we rely on a small set of processors, which may include: our hosting provider (Hetzner), our database provider, Google (sign-in), and AI model providers used to power chat and agent features. We only share what is needed to serve your request, we do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. The specific model providers used for a given request are listed in the product or available on request.

AI processing of your content

Chats and agent tasks are processed by AI models to do what you asked. Your content is not used to train CINTA's own models, and we ask the same of the providers we use. Do not paste secrets you would not want processed at all (passwords, keys) — the beta is not the place for them.

How we use your data

To operate the beta: create and maintain your account and workspace, run the features you use, send you operational and product emails, and improve the beta based on aggregated usage. Waitlist data is used to contact you about access and launch timing. We do not use your data for anything else.

Where your data lives

Product, waitlist, and analytics data live on infrastructure we control. Access is limited to the people building CINTA.

How long we keep it

Account and workspace data live as long as your account does. Analytics events are kept in aggregate. If your beta access ends or you ask us to delete your data, we delete it from production within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal or security reasons.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, export, or delete the data we hold on you at any time. The fastest way is to ask TRIX directly inside the product — it has full context on this policy and can act on data requests on the spot. You can also email privacy@cinta-ai.com and we will act on the request directly.

Jurisdiction

CINTA operates from Colombia and this policy is governed by Colombian law, including Ley 1581 de 2012 on personal data protection. If you are outside Colombia, local law may also give you additional rights — contact us and we will honor the stronger protection.

Changes

This policy will change as the beta grows and again once counsel reviews it ahead of public launch. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email. We will update the date at the top when it changes.
