What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the name, email address, role, and referral source you give us in the form. That is the entire set of data we ask for at this stage. We do not collect payment details — CINTA has no paid product yet.

Analytics

This site uses a first-party, cookieless analytics collector we built ourselves. It records page views and basic interaction events tied to the visit, not to a persistent identifier or a third-party ad network. No cookies are set for tracking, and no data is sold or shared with advertisers.

How we use your data

Waitlist data is used to contact you about CINTA access, product updates, and launch timing. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

Where your data lives

Waitlist and analytics data are stored on infrastructure we control. Access is limited to the people building CINTA.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the data we hold on you at any time. The fastest way is to ask TRIX directly inside the product — it has full context on this policy and can act on data requests on the spot. If you'd rather write to us, email privacy@cinta-ai.com and we will act on the request directly.

Jurisdiction

CINTA operates from Colombia and this policy is governed by Colombian law, including Ley 1581 de 2012 on personal data protection. If you are outside Colombia, local law may also give you additional rights — contact us and we will honor the stronger protection.

Changes

This policy will change as CINTA moves from waitlist to public product, and again once counsel reviews it ahead of launch. We will update the date at the top when it does.
