CINTA does not have a public product yet. These terms cover this website and the waitlist: joining it, the emails we send from it, and how you can use the site itself.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves your place in line for early access. It is not a purchase, a subscription, or a guarantee of access by any date. We may prioritize or reorder the list at our discretion.

Site use

You can browse this site and its content for personal, non-commercial reference. Don't scrape it at scale, attempt to breach it, or use it to build a competing product.

No warranty

The site and the waitlist are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, while CINTA is in development.

Changes

We may update these terms as CINTA moves from waitlist to public product, and again once counsel reviews them ahead of launch. We will update the date at the top when we do.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, where CINTA operates. Any dispute will be handled under Colombian jurisdiction.
