What this covers

These terms cover the CINTA closed beta at cinta-ai.com and the CINTA web app, the waitlist that preceded it, and this website. By creating a beta account or using the site, you agree to them.

The beta

CINTA is in closed beta: it is unfinished, it will change, and it may go down. Features may appear, change, or disappear without notice. Please don't rely on it for anything critical yet, and back up anything you care about.

Accounts and invitation codes

Access to the beta requires a personal, single-use invitation code linked to the Google account that first uses it. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for what happens through your account. Sharing a code does not create extra accounts and can cost the sharer access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users.

Sign-in with Google

Sign-in uses Google OAuth. Google handles the authentication; we receive your email and basic profile to create your account. Your use of Google is also subject to Google's terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use CINTA to break the law or others' rights, to attack the service or its infrastructure, to scrape it at scale, to build a competing product, or to generate content that is illegal or that harms others. We may add specific usage limits as the beta scales.

AI features

Chats and agent tasks run through AI models. Model output can be wrong — verify anything important before acting on it. AI output is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise), and nothing here replaces a qualified professional. Your content is not used to train CINTA's own models.

Your content

What you create in CINTA is yours. You give us the limited license needed to store, process, and display it to run the service for you — nothing more. If you delete it, we delete it from production within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal or security reasons.

Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them to improve CINTA without restriction or payment. Feedback is not confidential unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Pricing

The beta is free. If and when paid plans exist, their price and conditions will be shown before any charge, and these terms will be updated first.

No warranty

The beta is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CINTA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it (which, in the free beta, is zero).

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the beta grows, and again once counsel reviews them ahead of launch — we will announce material changes in the product or by email. You can stop using CINTA and delete your account at any time; we may suspend or end beta access for violation of these terms.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, where CINTA operates. Any dispute will be handled under Colombian jurisdiction.
